At BM Fabrics, we gladly accept returns on unworn and unused products within 10 days of purchase.

• Return Process:

  • A return authorization number is required on the shipping box for processing.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to accept exchanges on unworn and unused products within 10 days of purchase.

• Exchange Process:

  • Visit our website and select the Exchange option to initiate the process.
  • An exchange authorization number is required on the shipping box for processing.
  • Exchanges will be shipped once the original item is received by our returns office.

• Shipping Costs:

  • We offer free domestic shipping on all exchanges above Rs 4999  within Pakistan.
